Littleton runs from the historic downtown and the South Platte corridor out through neighborhoods toward Ken Caryl and the Highlands Ranch line. Lots here tend to run larger than in the close-in suburbs, which means more lawn to replace, and more room to do it well.

We assess before we dig — soil type, existing grade, drainage patterns, and root zones of established trees — and spec the base and the planting from what's actually there, not a template.
