A design-led xeriscape company in Denver.

Xeris Landscaping designs and builds water-wise yards for homes and properties across the Denver metro. We take out lawns that drink too much and put in native and adapted plants, stone, and hardscape that look intentional year-round and need very little water once they're established.

Design comes first. The team that draws your plan is the same team that answers for how it gets built.

Why low-water works here

Denver sits in USDA zone 6a, with a few warmer pockets in 6b. We get hot, dry summers, hard freezes, big temperature swings, hail, and heavy clay soil. Bluegrass struggles with most of that. The right plants don't — and a yard built around them skips the mowing and most of the watering.

What we do

• Custom design — a plan built around your yard's sun, soil, slope, and how you actually use the space.
• Plant installation — native and adapted perennials, grasses, shrubs, and trees chosen for the Front Range.
• Hardscaping — paths, patios, boulders, rock, and decomposed granite.
• Lawn removal — pulling out turf and replacing it with something that doesn't need a mower.
• Artificial turf — PFAS-free, and only where it makes sense, like dog runs and putting greens.
• Fences and structures — the built pieces that finish a yard.

How we work

1. Tell us about the project. Request an estimate and we'll set up a site visit to walk the space, measure, and talk through what you want.
2. Design and proposal. You get a plan and a proposal that breaks pricing down by scope, so you can adjust it to your budget. Design is $500, credited back on projects over $5,000.
3. Build. Our crew installs it. Most residential conversions take one to three weeks on site.
4. Closeout. You get a seasonal care calendar so you know what the yard needs and when.
