South Clarkson

This South Clarkson home started as a patchy, high-water front lawn on bare, compacted soil. We reworked the grade and split the yard into complementary zones — a mulch planting bed with new drought-tolerant plants and boulder accents on one side, a low-maintenance rock bed on the other — tied together by a warm-toned flagstone walkway to the door. The result is a durable, Colorado-appropriate landscape that looks intentional year-round and sips water compared to the turf it replaced.
