Project
76th Avenue
This 76th Avenue front yard traded a thirsty lawn for a designed, water-wise landscape built for Colorado's Front Range. Sweeping mulch beds are planted with cold-hardy, drought-tolerant selections and anchored by sculptural boulders, while a crisp white river-rock border defines the edge along the walk and drive. A flagstone path and classic lamp posts give the entry a finished, welcoming feel — all on a fraction of the water a lawn demands.
