This project represents a massive overhaul in which a 9,000 sq. ft. lot went from mostly grass to zero grass. Starting with scraping the entirety of available space, we worked from a blank slate to replace the sprinkler system with drip irrigation, plant 10 trees, place hardscaping elements, patio pavers, and outdoor fireplace, plant shrubs, accent plants, succulents, cactus, then place rock and cedar mulch.
The Outcome
The homeowners of this project consistently express their appreciation, emphasizing how the transformation of their living spaces has enriched their lives. They delight in gathering in these newly created spaces and are grateful for the considerable time saved on yard work, reducing what used to be 3-4 hours of maintenance on Sundays to just an hour per month for basic upkeep.
